Yeah I think it does. Especially on the design practice blog you've documented all stages and have got loads of developmental work which is really useful and enhances the final outcomes.
Although it is fairly early on in your development as a designer, there is a clear progression through your work. I think the way you document your note/sketch books shows this progress very well.
As Jasper said before it is early on in your progress as a designer, but because you have a lot of development work and everything has been blogged correctly and up to date there is a clear communication of your progress as a designer.
There is a lot of developmental work and reasoning documented towards your final pieces, which shows your progress in each task.
